No credit cards, no obligations, you work that out with the contractor who contacts you at your convenience. After the work is completed we only ask as a service to other patrons that you return to the site and show us how it went in the form of feedback. Feedback will be given both in text as well as pictures, giving a before and after look which is invaluable not only for the next person but for the contractor as well.
